IU made a special appearance on the first official episode of SBS '100 Million Quiz Show' broadcasted live on Jan 6th.
During the 3rd round of quiz questions, IU appeared on the screen to give everyone the questions and 10 of the people who answered correctly received 1 million won each. (Note: I'm guessing there were 10 rounds in total which makes up the 100 million.)
IU said, "Saengseon is short for birthday (saengil) present (seonmul). Also, munsang is short for culture (munhwa) gift certificate (sangpumkwon). Then, out of the following options, which item is related to 'beokachung'? 1. A book of tickets 2. Straw 3. Medicine for stomach ache."
The audience was given 3 minutes to text their answers to the number provided. After which, IU announced, "The correct answer is no. 1. You have to top up your bus card (beoseukadeuchungjeon) to travel, so it's 'beokachung' in short.
